If you’re a developer, or someone who simply wants a high-end phone that’s completely open to modifications and is SIM unlocked, HTC has the answer with their HTC One Developer Edition. It’s priced at $649 and will be available soon in limited quantities. It comes both bootloader unlocked and SIM unlocked, allowing you to install custom ROMs and use any SIM card, respectively. The only difference between this and the traditional HTC One is just the unlocked bootloader and SIM tray.
