Titanfall, one of the most anticipated shooters of the year, has a playable beta for many to enjoy and test.
It was originally available through a first come, first serve registration basis, but has been opened up to everyone automatically on the Xbox One, and to those who registered last week on the PC side of things (still not opened to everyone, unfortunately). More specifically to the PC, signups are now closed, so you’ll have to wait for the release next month for your next chance to play it.
The beta features a training mode to better familiarize yourself with the controls and physics, as well as an online multiplayer mode.
For the Xbox One, players just need to go to the “New Game Demos” section of the “Game Store.” For PC users who registered last week, the Titanfall Beta should’ve appeared in your Origin’s “My Games” library, and weighs in at just about 12.3GB once installed.
