HTC, in an effort to compete with the “phablets” seen from the likes of Samsung, has now unveiled the HTC One Mac, featuring a large 5.9-inch display and, as recent leaks have suggested, a fingerprint sensor. The design mostly resembles that of the somewhat smaller HTC One, with a side that’s reminiscent of the HTC One Mini. Specs mainly remain the same, although now, the back cover is removable to let you access a finally-added microSD card slot, but the battery isn’t removable, surprisingly. In regards to the fingerprint sensor, seemingly the second smartphone to offer such a feature, it’s placed right below the rear-facing camera, and offers limited functionality at this time. For more information and specs, keep on reading.
