Now that Google is allowing developers access to the Google Now Voice Recognition API, they can really start to take advantage of these new APIs to provide great new features to end-users. Utter! is an Android app that’s in beta, now available on Google Play, that promises to pick up where Google left off by allowing you to control a good part of your phone by way of voice commands.
