The Skype team has recently announced a new way to message friends and family, with Video Messaging. This is a new feature that will you to record a short video clip and send it via Skype. If the person you are sending the message to is online, then they will get your message instantly. However if they are not online, they will receive it the next time they are online, almost like video voicemail. Video Messaging is currently in beta, but it should be accessible to most everyone in the U.S. and U.K. with the updated Skype client. To download the latest version of Skype, you can go here.
