9 years after acquiring the “Harmony” line of remote controls from Intrigue Technologies of Canada, Logitech has announced that it will be sold off by the end of 2013, due to “unacceptable” Q3 results. Despite $615 million in sales, there was an operating loss of $180 million, a 14% decline over the same time period from one year ago. Logitech is also planning on ending their speaker dock and console gaming peripheral line of products for similar reasons.
