LG’s Optimus G is undoubtedly their latest and greatest Android-running smartphone, and it now has some numbers to back that up. LG says that they have sold more than 1 million Optimus G units across the countries in which the phone is available, which includes the United States, South Korea, Canada, and Japan. LG also looks to offer the phone in Europe sometime this quarter. LG also says that they’ve sold more than 7 million smartphones, globally, in the third quarter of last year, 2.1 million of them being devices with LTE capabilities.
