Apple releases iOS 6.1.3 to fix lockscreen vulnerability

Apple has just released the iOS 6.1.3 update for compatible iOS devices. While it adds improvements to Maps in Japan, it also fixes the long-standing lockscreen exploit, that can allow users to bypass the lockscreen and go into the Phone application, gaining access to the address book and a number of other things. If you’re jailbroken, follow the golden rule, which is to never update until the O-K is given from one of the jailbreak developers.
