For me I don’t think they are. I have purchased 3 services with them, 1 for att Samsung Galaxy s5 and 2 for att Samsung Note4 all went through smoothly.

I was surprised that the unlock worked. But they kept saying that they’ll eventually give me my 50% off refund (for making the post and video), never doing so until I made a PayPal dispute.
